1. About Peersly + OppBuddy
PeerslyOppBuddy.com ("PeerslyOppBuddy") is the umbrella organization that operates a family of accountability networks, currently including Peersly and OppBuddy. Each network has its own brand and audience, but both are operated by the same team and share common policies described here.
2. Acceptance
By using PeerslyOppBuddy.com, Peersly, or OppBuddy (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Each network may also display brand-specific terms at signup; those apply in addition to these umbrella Terms.
3. Memberships & Refunds
Memberships are sold separately on Peersly and OppBuddy. Each network honors a 30-day refund policy from the date of initial purchase, requested from inside that network's member area.
4. Acceptable Use
Across both Peersly and OppBuddy you agree not to harass other members, share illegal or infringing content, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts on either network — without refund — for fraud, harassment, or other behavior that materially violates these Terms.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEERSLY + OPPBUDDY, PEERSLY, AND OPPBUDDY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE RELEVANT NETWORK IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
